These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the contractual relationship between TechBrush, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET number [TO BE COMPLETED], and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to subscribe to the services offered by TechBrush.

Toute commande implique l'acceptation sans réserve des présentes CGV.

TechBrush propose les services suivants :

• Développement de sites web (vitrines, e-commerce, applications)
• Services d'intelligence artificielle et automatisation
• Référencement SEO et marketing digital
• Maintenance et hébergement web
• Accès à des outils web gratuits et premium

Detailed descriptions of each service are presented on the website www.techbrush.net.

Every service is subject to a free quote prepared by TechBrush. The quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue.

The order becomes firm and final once the quote has been signed by the Client and the agreed deposit (if applicable) has been paid.

For Premium tool subscriptions, sign-up is done directly online via the secure Stripe payment system.

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. They are firm and final at the time of the order.

• Virement bancaire
• Abonnement mensuel ou annuel (pour les services Premium)

Pour les prestations de développement :

• Acompte de 30% à la commande
• 40% à la validation des maquettes
• 30% solde à la livraison finale

Delivery times are indicated in the quote and are provided for information purposes only. Any delay in delivery cannot result in order cancellation or the payment of damages, unless the delay is unreasonable.

Deadlines may be extended in the event of force majeure or if the Client delays in providing the elements necessary to carry out the service.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, when performance began after the consumer's express prior consent.

For Premium subscriptions, the Client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless the services are used during this period.

TechBrush undertakes to provide services in accordance with best practices and the specifications defined in the quote.

TechBrush guarantees the Client against any hidden defects affecting the services provided. The warranty is limited to correcting identified issues.

La responsabilité de TechBrush ne peut être engagée en cas de :

• Mauvaise utilisation des services par le Client
• Modification du site par le Client ou un tiers
• Force majeure ou fait imprévisible et insurmontable d'un tiers

Graphic designs, texts, code and content created by TechBrush remain its exclusive property until the price has been paid in full.

After full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the service for the purposes of their business.

TechBrush reserves the right to showcase its work in its professional portfolio, unless otherwise stated in the quote.

Premium subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

For ongoing services, any cancellation by the Client will result in billing for work already completed, and the deposit will remain with TechBrush.

The personal data collected is processed electronically in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute, the Client may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator or the French courts.
